THE COMPANY

Coliving and flexliving with an international vision

Node was born with a clear purpose: to redefine the way people live and connect in the world’s major cities. It offers coliving and flexliving spaces designed for those seeking a modern, flexible and community-oriented way of living, combining design, comfort and an enriching social experience.

It is much more than an accommodation company; it is a global community that promotes a new urban lifestyle, connecting like-minded people in cities such as Madrid, London, Dublin, New York and Los Angeles, and transforming each stay into an experience that combines home, culture and belonging.

THE CHALLENGE

Increase the visibility of the site to attract qualified traffic and generate quality leads

1- Transactional traffic vs. empty volume: Many companies in the sector focus on increasing visits with irrelevant content (e.g. ‘things to do in Barcelona’). Although this increases volume, it rarely generates real leads. Node needed to attract quality traffic, focused on key terms such as coliving and flexliving, which, although they are medium-low volume searches, have high conversion potential.

2- Optimising the user experience to generate leads: The first version of the website was very visual and inspirational, but it barely got users to leave their details. A balance had to be found between maintaining inspiration and improving conversion.

3- Compete with marketplaces in SEO: Facing large competitors for generic keywords was inefficient. The need was to identify specific long-tail keywords that would attract users who were genuinely interested in Node’s services.

THE SOLUTION

We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy that focused on attracting qualified traffic, optimising conversion and positioning in strategic keywords

Instead of chasing large volumes of irrelevant visits, we worked on positioning terms such as coliving and flexliving, which, although they have a lower search volume, represent an audience with a high conversion intent and much greater value for the business.

At the same time, we carried out a thorough optimisation of the user experience with the aim of multiplying lead generation. We redesigned the location and content of the transactional elements within the website, which allowed us to maintain the brand’s characteristic inspirational tone while transforming the site into a much more effective tool for capturing qualified contacts.

Finally, specific pages were developed targeting long-tail keywords, which made it easier to compete efficiently without having to directly confront the large marketplaces in the sector. Thanks to this tactic, we were able to attract users who were looking for exactly the services offered, thus ensuring highly segmented traffic with great conversion potential.

THE RESULTS

We tripled Node’s organic traffic

Following the launch of its new website and the implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, Node has experienced steady and sustained growth in organic clicks, managing to multiply its traffic from relevant searches related to co-living and flex-living.

This progress reflects the impact of a strategy focused on attracting qualified traffic and optimising conversion, which has turned the website into a key channel for acquiring qualified leads.

The result can be seen in the growth in total clicks, which have tripled since the launch of the new website:
